Coffee, Travel & Collecting, have been a big part of my adult life. These are all things I’m passionate about, but have never put these passions together to form a business until now. It is important to me that we do something good with Roost Roastery and any success we may have in sharing our passions. Roost Roastery & Antiquities is going to be a journey that takes our subscribers and customers into our lives and the lives of those that we will help along the way.

The journey started in Chicago during the pandemic to support a friend in need during a difficult time. We’re happy to report that our efforts help raise over $10,000 and our friend is in remission and back to work, creating again! In 2024, family brought us to Matthews, NC, where we are building our coffee roastery in the hopes of serving local businesses, churches and government.
