A Journey Delayed….

Our delivery date for the new Roaster has now been pushed out until the last week in December. So, when your journey gets delayed, you can either get mad and react poorly or decide to use the delay to accomplish something else. So we put our heads together and made a list of all the things we wanted to do in that four month period. The list was very long, especially for Roost Roastery. The extra time has already led to a new blend that we will offer to churches in 5lb bags. So… Introducing Roost Roastery’s “Wake the Flock up” coffee that is roasted to do just that! We roast these South American beans to deliver the smoothest tasting coffee that is easy on the stomach for those multiple cup conversations. We have also shifted our market strategy to include subscriptions on our website and have applied to be a vendor at the Matthews Farmer’s market in the Spring. We’re crossing our fingers!
